Westminster College, established in 2007, is located in Surrey Central. The College is designated and approved by the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) of British Columbia. Westminster College also holds an Education Quality Assurance (EQA) designation, which identifies BC public and private post-secondary institutions that have met or exceeded the provincial government’s recognized quality assurance standards and offer consumer protection.
Furthermore, Westminster College is designated by StudentAid BC, allowing Canadian citizens and permanent residents to be eligible for Canada and BC student loans. As a Designated Learning Institution (DLI), Westminster College is authorized by the provincial government to accommodate international students. An acceptance letter from a DLI is required when applying for a study permit.
