Notice to International Students

At Westminster College, we value transparency and strive to provide clear information to all prospective students. Currently, we are only accepting international students who are already in Canada and hold a valid Study Permit, Work Permit, or Temporary Resident status. Additionally, we are only accepting international students for programs six months or shorter, as per Immigration Canada’s regulations, which do not require a Study Permit.

Important Information

Programs with a duration of 26 weeks or less may be pursued under a valid Work Permit, Study Permit, or Temporary Resident status. Acceptance Letters issued by Westminster College cannot be used to apply for a Study Permit. To apply for a Study Permit, Immigration Canada requires a Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL). Westminster College does not issue PALs and, therefore, cannot provide the necessary documentation for Study Permit applications.
